If I could change the world by developing a device in computer science it would be the way people communicate through communication devices. I would do this in such a way that when calling a friend or a colleague the person would not only hear their voices, but also see their faces. Today, people can communicate through a computer and hold video chats, but if it could be accessed through a cellular device it could be used in an important time. For example, if there was a patient in a hospital getting treated for a sever issue and the doctor needed "physical" permission from a family member to perform the treatment,the doctor could save that life faster than it would have taken for the family to come in. Also, if government officials had to communicate ASAP about an emergency, they could speak "in person" quickly and with no mistake of the permission given by the family member. This technology would also hold a recording, in any case of the family member refusing treatment or the government needing use of it. This would change the world by giving everyone quick access in any emergency, and could save lives in a limited amount of time.
